The company was founded on 16.05.2006 with two main objects of activity production and sale of electric power from renewable energy sources, consultancy services in the sphere of wind energy and a Complete Project Management of wind park projects and energy infrastructure.

The company commenced its operations with the development and design of its own wind parks on the territory of the municipalities of Shabla and Kavarna and is the first company to sign a contract as a leading contractor and a subcontractor with the international company Vestas for ‘turnkey’ construction and commissioning of a wind park on the territory of Northeastern Bulgaria.
